Happy Birthday Grandma!!!!

Happy Fathers Day.

Happy Fathers Day Cody. I was so excited that we got to celebrate this. Even though you went golfing instead of church with Paityn and I. We would just like you to know that you are an amazing father and husband. You mean the world to us. I hope Paityn grows up to be like her daddy. (even though she may be all her mother right now). She only deserves the best and you give that to her. We love you.

So we had our very first family pictures taken by Clementine Productions and we had a great time. Paityn smiled in most of them so we are very excited. We would like to say thank you to Miranda and Donny for doing such a good job. We love you guys. Cody looks so thrilled in them. I don't understand why some guys don't smile.

New Toy

We went to target the other day and bought Paityn a new toy to play with and she loves it.

So if you ask Cody to babysit this is usually what happens. He puts them all to sleep. Shortly after I took the picture Paityn fell asleep. Miridyan is in the swing, and Paityn is on Codys lap. What good girls they are.

New Haircut!!

So we were just sitting at home last Saturday and my brother and his girl friend came over with my dog norman that lives at my parents house. If you don't know norman he is a big black harry dog. His hair is really really long. So we have been trying to shave him since we have moved to St George. He gets really mean and hates it. Well kennon thinks he is the tough one and can do it. So they get the clippers ready and give norman the pill that makes him relax (that usually doesn't work) and start shaving. Norman is ok at first but after about 5 minutes or so he starts to get mad and runs away. They get him in a good spot and and he gave up I guess and lets Cody and Kennon shave him. So now after 8 years of long ugly hair he has a new hair cut!!!!

You might think that that is another do in the corner but no, oh no that is normans hair. He must feel so much lighter.

Milestones for Us!

So alot has happened in the past weeks so I will try to remember it all. Paityn had her 4 month appointment and shots it was so sad. She is now 12 lbs 5 oz and 24 inches. She is in good health and a very happy girl. She is adjusting to mommies new schedule quite well. She has started on rice cereal and i can't say she hates it but it is by far not her favorite. We are getting better at the solid thing though. She has found that she can roll and roll and roll, so we have to watch her very carefully. Espescially when she is on the bed. Daddy is afraid that he is going to let her roll off the bed and get in trouble. Uncle Ken moved back to St George with his girlfriend Maggie and Paityn is still trying to get used to him. I had my very first mothers day and Paityn was so good to me, she bought me an i-pod nano. She also slept so good that night. Paityn and I are going to church on sundays now and she sleeps through the whole meeting. We have only started going for a few weeks now but she is going to be blessed in one of the up coming sundays. I am so excited. We are getting ready to go on our first family trip in June and I am nervous about flying with paityn. I am sure she will be just fine. but you never know.





















This is what we do on sundays after church. We have finally got Paityn on a schedule and she naps in her bed. Hopefully we can get her to sleep in her bed at bight in the next little while.

My First Week!!

My first week as a dental assistant was OK. I still have alot to learn. The Doctor and staff are wonderful and welcomed me with open arms. I miss the people at the bank though. Paityn had a rough time with me not being home as early as usual but I hope she can give her dad a chance he really loves watching her with out me. (She loves me the most) I am celebrating my 5 year anniversary with Cody this year and it has been a good 5 years. It has gone by fast and I have loved almost every moment. The next 5 years are sure going to be different. I am also celebrating my first mothers day. I am so excited. I have waited along time for her and love everything about her. Even the tough days we have had. My husband and daughter are amazing and I hope they know how much I love them.

Jack

We have our entire well almost the entire family on here so I thought we had better add the dog. His name is Jack and he is a boxer. A very large boxer from what everyone keeps telling me. He is a handful sometimes, but he just adores the baby. Everytime she cries or makes a noise he has to check on her to make sure she is ok, and when he sees that she is he'll go back to whatever it was he was doing. He is one of the best dogs I have ever owned, well except for Norman.
